ADMINISTRATIVE DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO THE HALPIN MODEL AMONG PRIMARY SCHOOL PRINCIPALS IN THE GENERAL DIRECTORATE OF WASIT EDUCATION FROM THE POINT OF VIEW OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE SUPERVISORS
The research aims to identify the administrative development according to Halpin's model among primary school principals in Wasit Education Directorate, and to obtain the required information, a sample of (40) administrative supervisors in administrative supervision was selected from the research community. The questionnaire was used as a main tool for data collection, and to test the research hypothesis: There is a significant effect of administrative development in improving the performance of school principals. The research reached a number of conclusions, most notably that the level of administrative development for school principals was average, and the research concluded with a number of recommendations, including the necessity of applying administrative development processes for school principals in the research community.
