DIFFICULTIES FACED BY KINDERGARTEN ADMINISTRATIONS IN JERUSALEM GOVERNORATE AND ITS IMPACT ON THE DIRECTORATES, FROM THE PRINCIPALS AND TEACHERS VIEW POINT

This study aims to reveal the degree of difficulties facing kindergarten administrations in Jerusalem Governorate and its relationship to the effectiveness of principals from the view point of principals and teachers. The case study includes (143) teachers and kindergarten principals. Researchers adopt the descriptive analytical method, and collected the data throw a questioner that consist of (52) paragraphs divided into two axes: the axis of the difficulties faced by kindergarten administrations and the axis of effectiveness of principals in kindergartens. Each axis has three areas. The questioners was verified. The study revealed that there are no statistical differences, while there are differences in the variable of years of experience such differences were in favor with less than 5 years. Moreover there are Differences that are relevant to educational qualification and years of experience, and the study provide a number of recommendations, at the top of which was first to work on enacting laws for the work of kindergarten educators specifying the duties, responsibilities and working hours, second To involve kindergarten educators in practical training courses that enhance their potential and develop their capabilities
