EMPHASIS BY REPETITION – A PHONEMIC SEMANTIC INSIGHT

Emphasis by repetition – a phonemic semantic Insight Emphasis by repetition in all its forms does not deviate from the four linguistic levels: phonetic, morphological, syntactic, and semantic. It is noted by the repetition of the sound, the letter of the building, the letter of meaning, the word as a noun or verb, the morphological form that is increased by weakness, the continuous and separate grammatical structure, the actual and nominal sentences, and the semi-sentence. As it appears the repetition is of two types: identical and non-identical. As for the identical, it is the one in which the word and the meaning are repeated in a completely identical manner, and as for the non-identical, the meaning and the word are repeated in it as well, but the word may not be completely identical, as in the Almighty’s saying in the Holy Quran : إ( ً ِليم سْ َ وا ت ُ م ِّ ل سَ َ ِه و ْ ي َ ل َ وا ع ُّ ل َص) )salute him with worthy greetings of peace). In which the absolute participle does not match the verb, or we say)وليىل انـتَ َجئـت ):) You and Layla came) or تِ ِت أنـ ـ )جئـ )وليىل) You and Layla came) are two sentences that do not have identical repetition; Because the subject)‏(التإء )taa( is a connected pronoun, consisting of one letter, which is(‏(التإء )taa), it comes open with the masculine addressee( ) َ ت)ta), and broken with the feminine addressee ( )تِ) te). As for the emphatic pronunciation( ) َأنت )singular you for male) and( )تِ أن )singular you for female), they are separate built-in pronouns, consisting of three letters, two of which (‏(الهمزة‏والنون)hamza and noun) are not in the connecting pronoun. The vocal repeater may not be completely identical, as in our saying)وليىل أنإ ُ جئـت ):) Layla and I came), because the letter)‏(التإء )taa( is the pronoun of the speaker and has “dammah )ة ‏ “َّ م َ )ض ‏,corresponding to the separate nominative pronoun(‏(أنإ )I), consisting of three letters that do not contain the letter)‏( التإء )taa( at all, in addition to that repetition may occur In the meaning, but it is not written, pronounced, or heard, as in our saying( )مرو َ وع ْس أنتَ study( ادر you and Amr), so(‏( أنت )you) that is pronounced after the verb is a separate pronoun, confirming the subject, the hidden pronoun(‏(أنت )you) after the verb of the imperative‏(ادرس)‏‏ (study), and it is not written It is neither spoken nor heard.
