EVALUATING THE REALITY OF SCHOOL SPORTS MANAGEMENT AMONG EMPLOYEES OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION IN THE GOVERNORATE OF SOUTH AL BATINAH IN THE SULTANATE OF OMAN IN THE LIGHT OF THE AMERICAN MODEL OF EXCELLENCE ACCORDING TO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

The study aimed to identify the differences between the responses of the ‎study sample members about the reality of school sports management in ‎South Al Batinah Governorate in the light of the American model of ‎excellence according to the variable years of experience (less than 5 years / ‎from 5 to 10 years / more than 10 years). To achieve the purpose of the ‎study, the researcher used the descriptive method. Where a questionnaire ‎was built in light of the administrative leadership standard of the ‎Baldrige (American) model of excellence in education, The sample of the ‎study included (106) employees of the Ministry of Education in the field ‎of school sports in the Governorate of South Al Batinah (school sports ‎teachers, school sports supervisors, sports activity specialists, school ‎principals). ‎ The study found that there are statistically significant differences due to ‎the variable years of experience in favor of the category of years of ‎experience less than five years in all axes (administrative leadership of ‎school sports - strategic planning in school sports - human resource ‎management in school sports - operations management in school sports - ‎focus The beneficiaries of school sports - knowledge management of ‎school sports - the results of the performance of the school sports ‎management.‎
