THE EFFECT OF PLYOMETRIC EXERCISES ON SOME PHYSIOLOGICAL AND SKILL VARIABLES IN THE GAME OF VOLLEYBALL AMONG PHYSICAL EDUCATION STUDENTS AT PALESTINE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY KADOORIE

The study aimed to know the effect of a proposed training program using plyometric exercises on some physiological and skill variables in volleyball for physical education students at Palestine Technical University Kadoorie, so the researcher assumed that there are statistically significant differences in the impact of the proposed training program using plyometric exercises On some physiological and skill variables in volleyball among students majoring in physical education at Palestine Technical University Kadoorie. The study was conducted on 10/13/2019 until 14/1/2020 on a sample of 22 students majoring in physical education at Palestine Technical University - Kadoorie.. After conducting the appropriate statistical analysis of the tribal and remote tests that were conducted on the study sample, the researcher concluded that the proposed training program using plyometric exercises, which was carried out on the study sample, caused significant differences in each of the following physiological measurements: (weight, fat percentage, grip strength, physical efficiency, and the maximum oxygen consumption). (And skill measurements (the accuracy of transmission, passing from the bottom and passing from the top), and accordingly the researcher recommended conducting similar research on a sample of athletes and using other plyometric exercises and knowing the extent of their impact on other physiological and skill variables.
