THE REALITY OF RESEARCH QUALITY STANDARDS AND THE GENUINENESS OF THE APPLICATION AND EVALUATION OF MEASUREMENT TOOLS IN INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL DESCRIPTIVE RESEARCHES
This study paper addressed the problem of the reality of research quality standards and the validity of the application and evaluation of measurement tools in internal and external descriptive studies from (2010 to 2022) which the researchers were able to see and evaluate, and the researchers took their observations containing the most important mistakes Monitored in this research and coordinated in a questionnaire for the survey of an experienced and competent sample of researchers and faculty members in various disciplines in some Libyan universities, their number (40) and their average age (3) ± (20) and the average research experience (40) ± (4) have The following results: Three main factors, each affecting the quality and time limits of descriptive research in the study environment, the results showed that the first factor was errors related to the procedural honesty of research or studies, the most important of which are: statistical processing errors. The second factor is errors related to sources, the most important of which are: the sincerity of the rectification and summary of previous studies. The third factor is errors related to the general framework such as: the validity of the formulation of hypotheses.
