THE REALITY OF WOMEN'S ENTREPRENEURSHIP IN THE LIGHT OF ACCOMPANYING DEVICES - THE CASE OF ALGERIA - ALGERIA AS A MODEL
Women play an important role in various fields as they are half of society, especially in the economic field. Their participation has developed effectively, e specially in the aspect of entrepreneurship, which greatly affects the support of the national economy. Therefore, through this article, we will be interested in highlighting the role of entrepreneurship in empowering women economically, as we focused Our interest in this study is to review basic concepts and the reality of women's entrepreneurship and women's economic empowerment, while identifying the obstacles and challenges they face. In the completion of this study, we relied on the analytical descriptive approach by analyzing data and information of the National Office for Statistics (ONS), in addition to using United Nations reports, and drawing on various studies and scientific publications. We have concluded that, despite the achievements made by Algeria, the recorded results reflect the status of women's entrepreneurship and show the defects and weaknesses that it suffers from. Weak and need more support and accompaniment.
