THE RELATIONSHIP OF OCCUPATIONAL STABILITY WITH CAREER PATH PLANNING. AN OPINION POLL ON THE EMPLOYEES OF GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE SULTANATE OF OMAN
The study aimed to identify the relationship of occupational stability with career path planning, an opinion poll on the employees of government units. The study was applied to a random sample of 50 individuals, and the researchers used a questionnaire consisting of 3 sections: the first section: the metadata of the respondents and the second section, the field of job stability and it consists of 3 sections: wages, promotion, human relations, and the third section the path To obtain the results, the researchers used the SPSS statistical package for the social sciences program and the following statistical methods: percentages, frequencies, Cronbach's alpha test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, T-test, and one-way analysis of variance. In light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended the following: Wage is the first determinant of workers’ sense of occupational stability, and the main factor on which depends the possibility of planning the career path for employees of government units, and the lack of job transfer opportunities, as most workers have not been subjected to transfer before, leading to their experiences The job holder is in the same job without knowing the experiences extended to other jobs.
