The research objectives are the following: Identifying the role of administrative engineering in developing the skills of the administrative division officials in the faculties of the University of Baghdad from the point of view of its employees. The research adopted the descriptive analytical method. The research community was determined, which consisted of (3,355) employees in the administrative divisions in the faculties of the University of Baghdad. The research sample was chosen in a simple random way by (4%) from the research community, as the number of sample members reached (150) employees of the administrative divisions. A questionnaire was built that included (60) items distributed among the areas (planning, organizing, directing, follow-up, control and evaluation). The researchers confirmed its validity and reliability. The data of the research was analyzed using the (SPSS) program, and the results came to the following: The administrative engineering was able to surround the administrative work and became part of a serious and effective work that is rapidly developing and comprehensive in its uses, and that there is almost complete satisfaction from the research sample for this new approach and reveals the desire of employees to contribute serious in all fields, as well as reaching a number of recommendations and proposals related to research.‎
