TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP PERCEPTIONS OF SCHOOL ADMINISTRATORS ACCORDING TO TEACHER PERCEPTIONS

The purpose of this research is to examine the transformational leadership behaviors of school administrators in the education sector and to determine how they are perceived by teachers. The research population consists of the administrators of primary schools operating in Kocaeli Province Darıca District in 2023. The sample of the study consisted of 220 teachers who agreed to participate in the study on a voluntary basis. Normality test (Kolomogorov Smirnov), descriptive statistics (Frequency analysis, descriptive statistics), independent group comparison (Independent sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA), pearson correlation analysis and reliability analysis (Cronbach's alpha) were used in the analysis of data in the study. The research revealed that school administrators show transformational leadership roles and behaviors. It can be said that the majority of school administrators have sufficient knowledge and equipment to ideally realize the transformation
