WOMEN'S RIGHTS AND THEIR PLACE WITHIN THE FAMILY AND SOCIETY IN THE TOUAT REGION IN SOUTHERN ALGERIA THROUGH THE NAWAZEL OF AL-JANTOURI IN THE 12TH CENTURY AH AND THE 18TH CENTURY AD
This study will address the definition of the calamities of the genturi in the area of Touat and determine their scientific value by describing the scientific movement in this region in its various stages with highlighting the era in which the calamities appeared, followed by a study of the characteristics of the calamities of the genturi and then we will know the genetori calamities and its calamities by focusing on highlighting the scientific value of these calamities. Then we will devote an aspect to discussing the role of calamities in showing the rights and status of women within the family and society.
