The Egyptian message to its author Abu al-Salt Umayyah bin Abdul Aziz al-Dani formed an important document of literature in the Fatimid era, represented the personality of its author in style, presentation, analysis, and criticism, since he left Abu al-Salt Andalusia, and went towards Egypt, the man aspired to meet a good place in its land, and enjoys a lofty status when its ruler Al-Afdal bin Badr Al-Jamali, the executive minister when the Fatimid Caliph Al-Musta'li Billah, and after him the commanding of the provisions of God, But the winds dragged what the ships did not desire, as the conditions of this man worsened, and his life fluctuated, so he was thrown into prison, and imprisoned between its walls for a period of time, which led him - after his departure - to the delegation of Prince Abu Al-Taher Yahya bin Badis Al-Senhaji, who dedicated this message to him to be a witness to a place in which he lived harsh days, and diagnosed the sum of what he saw and witnessed of scenes and events during his stay in Egypt, a small encyclopedia that collected science Besides literature, her classifier presented the facts in an interesting literary style, in which he combined the beauty of the phrase, the sweetness of the word, the splendor of the style, as well as his mastery of the tools of rhetoric, and the workmanship of writing In this research, we studied the manifestations of social criticism of the components of Egyptian society during the Fatimid era, then the manifestations of literary criticism that revealed the personality of Abu al-Salt literary and historical encyclopedia according to the axes, most notably the research in its places.
