LINKING ELEMENTS OF CORPORATE SUSTAINABILITY TO BSC: SONALGAZ AS MODEL
The sustainability of companies is concerned with measuring and reporting on their environmental impacts in an appropriate and transparent manner so that those who deal with them can understand the effects of the environmental policy without prejudice to the administrative, economic and accounting performance in it. The article in our hands centers on the contribution of the balanced dashboard to the embodiment of sustainable development in Algeria in the energy sector, by linking the vision of the National Electricity and Gas Company and the pillars of sustainable development. An attempt was made to design a balanced dashboard for SONALGAZ, based on information available from a reliable source, which is the only Algerian company in charge of producing and distributing electricity to the entire Algerian country. This is in light of the challenges of rising joint housing projects that may include more than seven floors (or what is known locally as AADL CITIES). we reached the success of the company under study in integrating the sustainable development goals within its strategic vision with its participation of all parties that deal with it .
