THE CONCEPT OF COMMON HUMANITY (COMPARATIVE STUDY BETWEEN INTERNATIONAL HUMAN RIGHTS LAW AND THE OBJECTIVES OF ISLAMIC SHARIA)

The realization and safeguarding of interests are crucial for actualizing human essence, preserving their existence and dignity, and aligning with their inherent nature. These objectives stand as primary pursuits within all systems and laws, given that these interests (rights) are universally shared. This is further driven by the reality that suppresses this essence, contradicting its divine nature. Hence, it becomes imperative to define and rectify the conceptual and real dimensions of these shared interests. These are referred to in legal contexts related to human rights as "human commonality" or "human shared interests." What does "human commonality" encompass ?.
