THE DIMENSIONS OF CHINA'S POLITICAL AND ECONOMIC INFLUENCE AND ITS CHALLENGES IN THE MEDITERRANEAN BASIN
China has achieved due to its developmental progress, a higher international status, which carries features of post bipolar era. China has the highest growth rate in the world, including its strategic regional and international weigh, its military organisations, which is led by dynamic advance. In addition, China has a high population, and historic, cultural and civilised heritage that made her attractive to many ideological and academic institutions. The aim of the world’s interest in this power is to identify its success secret and to look at the future of this ascending power that holds regional and internationals ambitions. Recognising any dominant power can be through following its economic policies, for this purpose, the current study will discuss Chinese decision-making at foreign economic policy.
