THE RISKS OF ELECTRONIC VIOLENCE ON YOUNG PEOPLE A FIELD STUDY

The aim of the current research aim to discover the dangers of electronic violence on young people in the city of Salfit, through achieving a number of goals, the most important of which is to identify the causes of the phenomenon of electronic violence among young people and to identify the extent of the phenomenon of electronic violence among young people as well as to identify the forms of electronic violence practiced in Palestinian society And then to know the role of modern technology in the spread of electronic violence among Palestinian youth and to reveal the social and economic dangers of the phenomenon of electronic violence on young people and finally to know the role of the state and the concerned authorities in limiting the spread of the phenomenon of e-violence Ktrona researcher used the descriptive analytical method applied field study in the Palestinian Salfit. The research community is also represented by a number of young men (males and females), Salfit governorate, on a random sample of 252 individuals, and the results of the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: 1- The lack of technological awareness of the most important causes of electronic violence is followed by educational imbalances in the family 2-The misuse of modern technology has a role in the spread of electronic violence among Palestinian youth in Salfit Governorate 3-The results of the study indicated the social and economic risks of the phenomenon of electronic violence on young people in Salfit Governorate, the most important of which (family disintegration) and (cracking the family up process at the home or school level) 4-The study confirmed the main reason for the phenomenon of electronic violence in the Salfit governorate community, which is psychological and social pressures as a result of poverty, unemployment and poor economic conditions.
