THE ROLE OF E-EDUCATIONAL SUPERVISION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERFORMANCE OF TEACHERS IN THE FIRST FOUR GRADES IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TUBAS PROVINCE FROM THEIR POINT OF VIEW

This study aimed to identify the role of e-educational supervision in the development of the performance of teachers of the first four grades in public schools in Tubas province from their point of view, the study used the analytical descriptive curriculum through the preparation of a special questionnaire for this study, the sample of the study formed from (127) single teachers of the first four grades distributed to public schools in Tubas province, and were selected in the random class method to include all variables of the study, where the questionnaire was sent to the target teachers electronically (115) responses were obtained from the target groups, i.e. 90% of the valid papers, and the most important results of the study were that there is a major role for e-educational supervision in the development of the performance of teachers of the first four grades in public schools in Tubas province, and the totel wieht at leaste (70%) realted with the role of e-ducational supervision so the results of the study confirmed the application of the practice of electronic educational supervision on the ground was high and the reason for this is due to the writing of supervisory reports and follow-up of the writing works and levels of students, while the study reached the most important The recommendations are that you should give an Intensifying training programs in the field of computers as a technique for the qualification of teachers with the design of a program for electronic educational supervision, contains all the necessary supervision process of electronic registration of teachers, electronic evaluation, electronic guides, a special model of supervisory reports, electronic completion files and others.
