THE ROLE OF LITERARY TEXTS OF 12TH GRADE ARABIC LANGUAGE BOOK IN ENHANCING THE PALESTINIAN NOVEL THROUGH FOCUSING ON THE CONCEPT OF PLACE THE MANIFESTATION OF PLACE- ANALYTICAL DESCRIPTIVE APPROACH

The Palestinian Place is the first product of the Palestinian’s national and cultural identity’s components. It’s not a matter of a linguistic or geographical significance only, but it also exceeds to form an intellectual system for man. This research is based on the analysis of the dialectic of Place - of some literary texts in 12th Grade Arabic Language book1- and its manifestation in enhancing the Palestinian novel. And because this literature focuses on self-affirmation: to be or not to be concept, it was written in an aggressive environment controlled by repression, deterrence and oppression So this kind of literature dominates greatly the Palestinian curricula as a cognitive, intellectual and national reference for interested students and educators. These literary texts, consciously, evokes our vision of the desired Palestinian student according to references we rely on in front of the world to promote the Palestinian narrative, basically the Independence Declaration and the Palestinian Basic Law. This study concluded that the dialectic of Place and Ego is greatly represented in the poetic and prose literary texts. And the occurrence of Place manifestation is highly used by both Arab and Palestinian writers with different proportions. Place dimensions affected the selfawareness levels either positively or negatively.
