It is well known that Arab societies are experiencing profound changes in the areas of life. we recall the field of education which has introducedre forms that are not commensurate with the aspirations of the school of success, The lowlevel of Arab countries compared to other countries is due to the lack of monitoring of the education system for educational and technological developments. So we need to value human resources to promote education; The school is the heart of society; And if it is correct; The company gets enormous results. We need to open up to effective methods, while we keep unnecessary ideas.On this basis, we chose the theory of intellectual to counterparty; which plays a role in improving the education alfield at best. It aims to build a citizen who is confident in hisabilities and active in hiscompany capable of innovation and creativity; We need such education altheories in school life.
