A META-ANALYSIS STUDY REGARDING THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEN PERSONALITY TRAITS AND TURNOVER INTENTION

Personality traits are effective on turnover intention. The aim of this study is to examine the effect of the personality traits on turnover intention. The method we used is the meta-analysis method. The obtained data sets are homogeneous and no publication bias was encountered. The effect size of resilience is -0.261 and the effect size of poactive personality is -0.23. This level also indicates a small effect size. In the light of these findings, human resources employees can improve their recruitment policies. The data found can also be used by academics who will study these variables in the future..
