ANALYZING THE UNIVERSITY’S INTERNAL ENVIRONMENT IS A WAY TO REACH ITS VISIBILITY, ATTRACTIVENESS, AND INTERNATIONAL RADIANCE
This study aims to show the importance of analyzing the internal environment of the university in order to modernize it and achieve its goals. Through this study, the descriptive,analytical, and deductive approach was relied upon, in order to identify how to analyze the university’s internal environment and strategic planning,while addressing a model of universities that do this in order to modernize it, its visibility, and its international radiance.Throught this topic, the following main problem was addressed what is the importance of analyzing the internal environment of the university in order to achieve its goals ?
