CONTRIBUTION OF LEADERSHIP STRATEGIES AND THEIR ROLE IN ACHIEVING ‎COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE IN ECONOMIC INSTITUTIONS

Leading organizations are the first force that controls the global markets by virtue of ‎constantly introducing new products. And it relies on tight strategies in order to achieve ‎leadership and maintain its position in the market, and keep pace with modern developments ‎to satisfy the customer, who has a high consumption culture and thus overcome his ‎competitors‏.‏ Where this study aims to highlight the impact of entrepreneurial strategies as important factors ‎in achieving competitive advantage in economic institutions because of their positive aspects ‎to support the competitive position, which requires them to adopt these strategies as a modern ‎process. As this modern method increases the market value of the institution in a competitive ‎environment with the properties Aware of the importance of the issue of leadership strategies in all its dimensions (innovation, ‎creativity, excellence, initiative, taking risks), which have become a powerful weapon in the ‎hands of organizations in order to achieve a competitive advantage and maintain their position ‎in markets that contain an intense competitive environment.‎ ‎ From this point of view, the main problem crystallizes as follows: What is the extent of the ‎contribution of entrepreneurship strategies and their role in achieving competitive advantage in ‎economic institutions?‎‎.
