OBSTACLES OF EMPLOYING THE RESULTS OF EDUCATIONAL RESEARCH TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF FACULTY TEACHING MEMBERS AT THE FACULTY OF EDUCATION IN MISURATA UNIVERSITY
Identifying the obstacles that prevent the usage of the results in educational research to improve the educational process from the point of view of faculty members at the faculty of education، as well as identifying the obstacles that are due to the nature of educational research and the obstacles that are due to the nature of the researcher، as well as administrative and financial obstacles، and arriving at recommendations and proposals that are useful in applying the results of educational research in improving the educational process The Importance of the Research lies in: 1- The importance of educational research as it examines the problems and gaps that the educational process suffers from and ways to address them. 2- Educational research is a field of scientific research that is one of the functions provided by the university، in addition to teaching and community service. 3.The role of faculty members in colleges of education in educational research، as they are educational researchers and educational supervisors. 4- The research results help those concerned with the educational process identify the obstacles that prevent the application of the results of educational research. 5- Coming up with recommendations and proposals to overcome the obstacles to using the results of educational research to improve the educational process. Research Problem: The research problem lies in identifying the obstacles to using the results of educational research to improve educational processes from the point of view of faculty members at the Faculty of Education in Misurata University. The research problem can be formulated in the following main question: What are the obstacles to using the results of educational research to improve educational processes from the point of view of members at the Faculty of Education in Misurata University? The research will adopt the descriptive approach to suit the research topic. The following procedures will be followed: -1- Review previous literature and studies that address the obstacles to employing and benefiting from educational research، in order to benefit from them in all research steps and procedures. 2- Defining the research problem and its questions. -3- Preparing the data collection tool. 4- Calculating the validity and reliability of the research tool. 5- Applying the research and data collection tool to conduct statistical analysis. 6- Arriving at، discussing and interpreting results. 7- Coming up with a set of recommendations and proposals in light of the research results
