THE ROLE OF EDUCATIONAL COUNSELORS IN INCREASING STUDENT MOTIVATION IN ARAB SCHOOLS WITHIN THE GREEN LINE FROM TEACHERS' POINT OF VIEW
The study aimed to investigate the role of educational counselors in increasing students' motivation in Arab schools within the Green Line from teachers' point of view. To achieve the objective of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was used, as the study sample consisted of (335) teachers working within the Green Line. The results showed that the role of educational counselors in increasing students' motivation in Arab schools within the Green Line from the teachers' point of view was high, The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance between the average responses of the study sample on the role of educational advisors in increasing the motivation of students in Arab schools within the green line from the point of view of teachers according to the variables of experience and educational qualification, while the results showed that there were differences according to gender and in favor of females.
