The current research aims to evaluate the quality of the process of selecting gifted students for Al-Imtiaz Al-Qubbah School of Mathematics. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher adopted the descriptive approach. Using the Quality House tool, regular and focused interviews were conducted with a sample of (30) gifted students. The results resulted in the identification of (34) quality characteristics that appeared as technical requirements for gifted students from the educational system, and the analysis of these requirements showed the reality of the selection process services provided to them, and allowed to determine the level of the relationship between students' requirements and the reality of these services. This may contribute to improving the service provided to students in the future. This makes us recommend the use of such technologies in evaluating the quality of educational service with the aim of improving and developing services.
